KRIPANIDHI BUILDCON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Madhepura. Our office is located in Ward Number 02, right near the Panchmukhi Hanuman Mandir in Sadhua. It is a very easy place to find because everyone knows the temple. Being an OPC, or One Person Company, things are kept pretty simple and straightforward here. The focus is entirely on construction work around the Madhepura area. The office is just a small space where the daily planning happens. Usually, there is the sound of the temple bells in the background while we are looking over the site plans or talking to the laborers. The street outside is often busy with people going to pray or heading to the market nearby. We handle a variety of building tasks, from small residential repairs to bigger construction jobs. It is practical work that requires being out in the field more than sitting behind a desk. We deal with the local suppliers for sand and stone chips and make sure everything is at the site when the workers arrive. The weather in Bihar can be tough on construction schedules, so we are always checking the sky for rain clouds. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local builder trying to do a good job for the people in our community. Every day brings a new challenge but we just take it as it comes.
