Bawadream Land Projects Private Limited

Our small office is tucked away in Tola-Manikpur, right in the Madhepura-Madhepura area. Varun Kumar is the one who handles the daily stuff here in the village of Manikpur. We deal with land projects, which basically means we are always out looking at plots or figuring out the boundaries for new developments. It is a quiet part of the state, but there is always a lot to do. People come to us when they are thinking about buying a bit of land or starting a small build. We don't have a polished office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical space with a few chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the wall. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, but we don't mind it much. Living and working in Madhepura means you know your neighbors and they know you. We started this because we saw how things were changing in the village and wanted to be a part of it. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time walking through fields or sitting under a tree talking to farmers. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we know about the land and help them with the paperwork. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from the time the sun comes up. Most of our days are spent outdoors, which is how we like it anyway. We just keep going.
