Aushadhi Kendra

You can find Aushadhi Kendra right on Station Road. It's near the main station, so the area is always humming with people coming and going. We get a lot of travelers stopping in because they forgot their medicine or they need something for a headache after a long train ride. The shop is a simple room with a high ceiling. We have wooden racks that we built ourselves years ago. They hold all the different bottles and boxes we sell. It isn't a fancy looking place, but it works for us. We have a small desk where we keep our accounts in a big red book. Everything is written down by hand. There is a clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly when the street noise dies down at night. We open early in the morning to catch the first commuters. The tea stall next door brings us a cup every morning. It's a routine we've had for a long time. Sometimes the trains are delayed and the road gets very crowded with rickshaws and people. We just stay behind the counter and do our work. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure we have the medicines people are looking for. It’s a straightforward life here on Station Road. We know the rhythm of the place and we fit right in.
