We are over here at Plot 895 in Ayyapa Society. It gets really busy around the Ysr Statue most mornings with all the traffic. Our spot in Madhapur is usually full of dust and cement bags because that is just the nature of civil work. Sometimes the sun is beating down on the guys while they are mixing mortar or moving bricks, but we just get on with it. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical space where we keep our tools and coordinate the day's tasks. Most of the people around here know us because we have been in this part of Hitech City for a while now. You might see the trucks pulling up and the workers getting their instructions before heading out to different sites. It is noisy and there is always something happening. We handle various construction jobs, whether it is fixing a wall or dealing with some renovation work. The floor is usually covered in some kind of grit, and the desks are piled with rough drawings. It is a bit disorganized if you look at it from the outside, but we know where everything is. We just try to finish the jobs we get and move on to the next one. That is basically how things go for us daily. We are just local people trying to make a living doing manual work in a city that is constantly growing and changing around us in Hdyerabad.
