Our place of work is at L-15 in the Verna Electronic City, which is down in the Verna Salcette area. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to those really crowded city industrial zones you see elsewhere. We have a little more breathing room, but inside the building, it’s still all about the work. We deal with very tiny parts that require a very steady hand and a lot of patience. If you look around the floor, you’ll see everyone bent over their stations with those big magnifying lamps turned on. It’s quiet in a way that shows everyone is really concentrating on what they are doing. We’ve been a part of the Verna landscape for quite some time now. The commute for most of the people working here is pretty easy, which helps keep the mood decent even on Mondays. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations in our lobby or anything like that. We much prefer to keep the focus on what’s actually happening on the assembly lines in the back. Sometimes the power goes out during the heavy monsoon rains, but we have our backups ready to go. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend time on long meetings that never seem to go anywhere. Usually, we just talk over any problems right at the workbench. It’s just how we operate. We aren't trying to be something we're not.
