Falcon Traders

Falcon Traders operates out of the Ameya Apartments in Margao. It is an interesting setup because it is a residential-style building but we use it for our trading business. You have to come into the apartment complex to find us. Margao is a lively place in Goa, and there is always something happening on the streets nearby. Our space is usually filled with ledgers, samples, and various items we are dealing with at the time. It’s a bit different from having a storefront on the main road, but it works for us. We have desks tucked into corners and stacks of paperwork that seem to grow every week. Ameya Apartments is a familiar spot for people who live around here. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello while we are unloading things. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when a large shipment arrives, but we manage. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything. Most people find out about Falcon Traders through word of mouth or by knowing the building. It feels like a more personal way to do business. We’ve got the windows open to catch the breeze, and the sound of the city filters in all day long. It is a simple life of buying and selling right here in the heart of Margao. We like the local vibe of being in a real building where people actually live and work together.
