Sri Balaji Industries

Sri Balaji Industries is over at 103 in the Valasapalle Industrial Park. Being in an industrial park means there is always something going on nearby. You can hear the hum of machines from the other units all day long. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building with a heavy metal door. Inside, it’s mostly just work. We spend our days dealing with the production side of things. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a couple of big fans running to keep the air moving. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we have tea together during the breaks and talk about whatever is happening in town. We’ve been at this location for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the park. Deliveries come in, we process things, and then they go back out again. There’s a lot of grease and the smell of oil sometimes, which is just part of the job. It’s a bit messy at times, especially when we are busy with a big order, but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find our tools. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door, just us working away. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do every day. There is always a lot of clanging and banging, but that just means we are busy.
