You can find us at Booth Number 285 in Phase 1 of the Urban Estate on Dugri Road. Working out of a booth is a bit different than having a massive factory. It is a compact space, but we have organized it so everything we need is within reach. We focus on textile products that have a medical side to them, which keeps us pretty busy. The Urban Estate is a nice area, and being on Dugri Road means we are easy to find for anyone who needs to drop by. We don't have a lot of room for fancy decorations or a big lobby. Instead, every inch of the booth is used for samples, documents, or the small amount of stock we keep on hand. Our day usually starts with a cup of tea and a look at the orders that came in overnight. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and logistics people to make sure things are moving as they should. It is just a small group of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit, but that is part of the charm of a small business. We don't use any corporate jargon or make big promises. We just show up every day and do our best to get the work done right from our spot here in Ludhiana and we are happy with that.
