Yashka Industries

Yashka Industries is located at E-104 and 105 in Focal Point, Phase-IV. Having two units next to each other gives us a bit more breathing room for the machines and the storage. Focal Point is a big industrial area, so it is always full of trucks and the smell of grease and metal. Our day starts early when the gates are unlocked and we start warming up the equipment. It is a noisy place, and you have to talk loud to be heard over the hum of the production line. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that; it is just a functional industrial shed with high ceilings and some fans that try their best in the heat. There are piles of material waiting to be processed and finished goods stacked on pallets ready for the next truck. We have a small corner for the supervisor to sit and do the entry work, but he is usually on his feet most of the time anyway. The water cooler is the most popular spot in the building, especially during the summer months when Phase-IV gets really dusty and dry. We have been in this spot for a while and most of the people working here have become like family. We just focus on making sure the machines keep running and the orders get loaded correctly at the end of the shift. It is a very routine kind of life.
