Jai Shree Bala Ji Hosiery

Jai Shree Bala Ji Hosiery is located right at the shop chowk in Wait Ganj. We are directly opposite JK Plastic, which is a big shop so it’s easy to find us if you’re looking. The area is very crowded with narrow lanes and lots of people carrying bundles of clothes on their backs. Our shop is packed with boxes from the floor to the ceiling. Sometimes it feels like the boxes might fall over, but we know exactly where everything is in that mess. We sell a lot of different hosiery items to people who come from all over. It’s a fast-paced environment. People come in looking for specific sizes or colors, and we have to dig through the stacks to find them. We don't have fancy displays or lights. Most things stay in their original packaging until they are sold. The floor is old tiles, and the fan on the ceiling makes a clicking noise that we stopped noticing years ago. It’s just me and a helper most days. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the busy afternoons. Wait Ganj is a noisy place, with horns honking and people shouting all the time. It’s exhausting, but it’s our life and we are used to it. We’ve been here a long time and know most of the regulars by name. We just do our best to get the orders right and keep things moving. It is a long day every day.
