If you are looking for us, we are right on the 1st Floor, above the Sharma Medical Agency on Jagat Lal Street. Mansa is a small enough place that people usually know where the medical agency is, so that helps. Vilas Diamonds Private Limited has been based here for some time. Being on the first floor means we get a little less noise from the street, but you can still hear the scooters and people talking down below. It's a simple setup. We have a few rooms where we keep our stuff and do the paperwork. Punjab gets hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time trying to stay cool while working through the inventory. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We handle the daily tasks, answer the phones, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive all at once, but we manage. Jagat Lal Street is always busy with something or the other. We’ve got used to the rhythm of the place. We don't have a showroom with fancy lights. It’s more of a workspace where we get things done. People come to see us because they know the address. It’s a reliable spot. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep our heads down. It’s not fancy, but it’s our place.
