Vikash Industries

Our factory is over at F-76-77 in Phase Vii of Focal Point. It’s a loud area with all the other industrial units running at the same time. We’ve got the two units side by side, which helps us keep the production lines moving. We make various industrial parts here. The machines run for most of the day, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the air. We have a team of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know the machines better than anyone else. It’s not always easy keeping everything running smoothly. Sometimes a part breaks down and we have to spend half the night fixing it so we don't fall behind on the schedule. The office is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We deal with a lot of heavy metal and raw materials that get dropped off by big trucks in the morning. The road outside can get pretty muddy during the monsoon, making it hard for the loaders. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or branding. We just focus on getting the orders finished and out the door. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of technical specs. We grab lunch together at the small canteen nearby. It’s just regular life in an industrial zone, nothing too special about it, just hard work. We stay until the last job is done.
