You can find us over at 65 Clock Tower on Bull Temple Road in Field Ganj. It’s a very old part of the city and it stays pretty loud with all the rickshaws and vendors outside. Our shop isn't very big, so we have to use every bit of wall space we have to hang up the different clocks and watches we keep in stock. We’ve been working with gears and springs for a long time now. Some of the watches people bring in are so small you need a magnifying glass just to see what's wrong with them, which can be hard on the eyes after a few hours. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the locals to come in. The floor is a bit uneven and the paint on the walls has seen better days, but that doesn't affect how we fix a watch. We get a lot of people from Field Ganj who have been coming to us since they were kids. It feels good to be a part of the neighborhood for so long. We just take things one day at a time, fixing what needs fixing and keeping the time for the people around here. It’s a simple life in a busy market, and we wouldn't know what else to do with ourselves if we weren't here. We just do honest work for honest people.
