You can find us in Village Dharaur, which is near Sahnewal in the Ludhiana district of Punjab. This is real industrial country out here. Being in a village doesn't mean it’s quiet, though. There is always the sound of trucks and machinery nearby. We are in the steel business, so things can get pretty loud and messy. Our office is right there near the production areas. It’s a functional space. We’ve got concrete floors and metal desks that can take a beating. Working in Punjab means dealing with the seasons, from the intense heat of the summer to the thick fog in the winter. We just keep the gates open and keep working through it. The staff is mostly local people from the surrounding villages. We all know the local tea stalls and where to get a good lunch. It’s a hardworking environment. We don't have time for anything that isn't practical. Steel is a tough business and it requires a lot of attention to detail. We spend our days checking quality and making sure orders are being filled. Sometimes things get backed up, and we have to stay late to get everything sorted out. It’s just the way it goes. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People around here know the name and they know where to find us. We just keep on doing what we do and try to stay productive.
