Vahoo Contr. & Engrs. Ludhiana

The office is tucked away in the New Staff Colony, right by C.M.C. Hospital here in Ludhiana. Being so close to the hospital means there is always someone moving around outside, even early in the morning. We have been at number 74 for a good while now. It’s a typical engineering workspace, mostly filled with rolls of blueprints, some old calculators, and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their building plans and trying to figure out how to make things work on the ground. It is not always easy, especially when the weather in Punjab gets too hot or too rainy to do much outside. We mostly just drink our tea and look at the site schedules. Our team is small, just a few people who have been working together long enough to know how each other thinks. Sometimes we’re out on the road visiting different spots, and other times we are just stuck here at the desks doing paperwork. There’s no big fancy reception area or anything. You just walk in and see us working. We like it that way because it keeps things straightforward. Every day brings a different set of drawings to look at or a different problem to solve with some construction project. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated to explain. We just try to get the engineering right and finish the day.
