V. A. Sales & Services Corporation is located at 1740/32/F in Bank Colony, which is part of the Haibowal Kalan area. We’ve been set up here for a while, and it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the more industrial parts of the city. Our building is just a regular structure that we’ve turned into a workspace. Despite the corporation part of the name, we are actually a pretty small operation. It’s just a few of us handling the sales side of things and then doing the actual service work when it’s needed. The rooms are filled with spare parts and manuals. We have a small area where we sit and talk to anyone who comes by, but it’s nothing fancy. There’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. Haibowal Kalan is a busy place, and being in Bank Colony gives us a bit of a home base that isn't too chaotic. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. We wear regular clothes and get our hands dirty when a job requires it. Most of our day is spent answering calls or looking over equipment that needs fixing. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves and do our work without a lot of unnecessary rules. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way for everyone involved.
