You can find us in Cabin No. 12 at the Madhok Complex on Ferozepur Road. We are on the lower ground floor, which is quite easy to get to. We are located right opposite Silver Arc Mall, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find the building. U-Tourizmo is not a massive agency with a big staff. It is just a small cabin where we sit and organize trips for people. The space is a bit tight, especially if we have a lot of files out, but it works for what we do. We mostly spend our time looking through different holiday options and trying to see which ones are actually worth the money. We do not like to push anything on our customers; we just show you what is available and let you decide. Most of the people who come to see us are from the local Ludhiana area and want someone they can talk to face-to-face. We handle the bookings and the hotels and make sure all the paperwork is ready for you. We have been in the Madhok Complex for some time now and we like being on Ferozepur Road. It is a busy street, but our lower ground floor spot is a bit more quiet. We are just regular people helping other people plan their time away from home without any extra complications.
