Utkarsh

We are located at 556/2 Bhadale Vasti, which is in the Civil Line area. The name of our place is Utkarsh. It is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the right turn to find Bhadale Vasti. The building is an older one, but it serves our purposes well enough. We use the space for our daily operations, which involve a lot of administrative work and meeting with local contacts. It is not a sleek, modern office with glass walls. We have basic wooden desks and some old fans that creak when they are on high speed. Civil Line is a good area to be in, even if our specific spot is a little quieter than the main drag. We get a few visitors every day, mostly people who have business with us or deliveries. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We spend our hours mostly on the phone or working on the computer. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the curtains drawn to block the sun. It is a plain, functional workspace where we get our tasks done without much fuss. We have been here for some time now, and we are used to the quirks of the building and the local neighborhood routine.
