Our place, Universal Travels & Forex, is located in Jeewan Nagar, specifically on Street No 8 in the Focal Point area of Ludhiana. If you are coming down here, you just have to look for the Puda Nursary because we are right opposite that. Focal Point is a busy industrial zone, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around us, which we have gotten used to over the years. We handle two main things here: travel arrangements and foreign exchange. It’s a weird mix but it works for the people around here. Many folks in this part of town need to send money or get some cash for their trips abroad, so we stay busy with that. The office is pretty basic, just a place to get work done without any extra fluff. We don't have a big team of polished executives. It’s just us behind the glass, counting out currency or printing out tickets. We try to be as straightforward as possible about the rates and the travel dates. Sometimes the internet is slow or the street is blocked with trucks, but we just keep going. It’s a practical business for a practical neighborhood.
