Trident Group

We run the Trident Group out of a house in Ludhiana, specifically H.No 90 in Joginder Nagar. It’s located in the Haibowal Kalan area, which is a busy residential part of the city. Because we’re in a house, the atmosphere is very different from what you’d find in a big office park. It feels more like a community. There are kids playing in the street and neighbors talking over the fences while we’re inside trying to get our work sorted out. We’ve set up our workspace in a way that’s practical for us. It’s not about looking impressive; it’s about having a place to keep our records and meet when we need to. Ludhiana is a hardworking city, and we try to match that energy every day. The streets around Haibowal Kalan can be narrow and a bit of a mess to navigate with a car, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become part of the local fabric. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop around the corner, and we just sit and talk through the tasks for the day. There’s no corporate ladder or HR department here. It’s just a small group of people working under one roof. We take things as they come and try to do a decent job with whatever is on our plate at the moment. It’s simple and it works for us.
