You can find us at Plot No 43 in Transport Nagar. It’s a big area and easy to get lost in if you don’t know the numbers, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars know where we are. The building is just a functional block where we store stuff and keep our paperwork. There’s always a lot of dust in the air from the trucks coming through the yard. We aren’t really much for talking; we mostly just focus on the loading and unloading. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and checking manifests. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take things from point A to point B. Some days the trucks are late and we have to stay late to wait for them. That’s just part of the job. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their role. We don't bother with corporate meetings or anything. We just drink our coffee and get to the trucks. It’s a practical environment for practical people. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this part of town, but we just keep our heads down and stay busy with our own work. Plot No 43 isn't exactly a landmark, but it's where we spend most of our waking hours. The concrete is cracked in a few places and the paint is peeling.
