Tools Today (India)

Tools Today (India) is located over at E-665 in Phase-Viii of Focal Point. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard industrial unit with big doors. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and workbenches. We spend our days sorting through various tools and making sure everything is where it should be. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure they go out on time. Sometimes the courier is late, and that throws a wrench in things, but we manage. The team here is just a handful of local people who know their way around a warehouse. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the tea stall around the corner by name. There’s a lot of metal and steel around us every day. Most of what we do involves checking inventory and packing boxes. It’s honest work, and we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings. If something needs fixing, we just fix it and move on to the next task. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people we supply.
