We are tucked away in Giaspura, specifically at Sco-3/4 on Street No-4. Most people find us by looking for the back side of the Hero Cycle factory, which is a huge landmark around here in Hargobind Nagar. Tinku Capitals & Travels is a bit of a mix, handling both travel and some financial bits. The office is in a busy part of town where there’s always something moving, whether it’s trucks or people going to the factories. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s a practical space where we get the work done. There’s usually a lot of chatter and the sound of keyboards. We handle things like tickets and some money matters, so there’s always a lot of ledgers and files around. Being near Hero Cycle means it’s a very industrious area. We see a lot of local workers and people from the neighborhood. It’s a down-to-earth kind of place. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out or use the generator. It’s just the reality of working in this part of Ludhiana. We don’t put on airs; we just help folks with what they need and hope they have a good trip or get their finances sorted without too much trouble. The street can get quite muddy when it rains, and we often have to remind people to wipe their feet before coming into the office. Giaspura is a tough, working-class neighborhood, and we like that vibe.
