You can find us at Shop No:4, right near the Clock Tower in the Ludhiana Focal Point area. Being so close to the Clock Tower means everyone knows where we are, but the traffic around here can be a real headache, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. The Focal Point is a busy industrial part of Ludhiana, so there are always heavy trucks and tempos moving around outside, making the windows rattle. Our shop is small, and we have boxes stacked up in the corners because there never seems to be enough shelf space for everything. Syscctv is what we call the business, and it is mostly just a couple of us handling the daily tasks. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that; it’s more of a workspace where we test things out and answer the phones. The floor gets dusty pretty fast with all the wind and soot coming off the main road, so we are always sweeping it out. We have a small wooden bench out front where we sit sometimes in the morning when it’s not too hot yet. It’s a loud neighborhood with all the factories and workshops nearby, but we like being in the middle of all the activity. Most of our neighbors are also running small shops, so we all know each other by name. We don't use any fancy systems to track our work, just a big ledger book and some notes stuck to the computer monitor. It’s a simple way to run things.
