Syntel International Pvt.Ltd. is based on Ganesh Khind Road. It’s located at Shreyas Apartment, in unit C3. If you’ve ever been to Pune, you know how that road gets during the morning rush hour. It is a bit of a nightmare to navigate the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The office itself isn’t anything fancy or high-tech to look at. It’s an apartment-style setup where we handle our international work. We mostly take care of things for the global side of the company, which means a lot of computer time for the staff. The address lists our pincode as 141006, which usually belongs to Ludhiana, but we are definitely here in the heart of Pune. It’s just one of those quirks of our paperwork that has stayed that way. We don’t have a big HR team or fancy lounge areas with bean bags. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and a few rooms filled with desks and wires. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People here are pretty relaxed. We don't wear formal clothes unless someone really important is visiting.
