Surya Powertech & Gear Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Focal Point Extension area, specifically near Phase VII in Dhandari Khurd. It’s an industrial hub, so we are surrounded by other shops and factories. We’ve been here for several years now, focusing on gears and power-related machinery. The area gets pretty crowded with trucks and workers, especially during shift changes. Our building is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at, but it’s got everything we need. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. We don't have a big front office or people in suits. We’re usually wearing work clothes and getting our hands dirty. It’s the kind of place where we know our customers by name. We don't spend money on advertising; word of mouth has always been enough for us. If someone has a gear problem, they know where to find us. We try to be fair and do the work right the first time. Sometimes machines break down at the worst moments, and we do our best to help get them back up as quickly as possible. It’s just a regular business with regular people working hard. We’ve had the same core team for a long time, which helps keep things steady. We’re just happy to be part of the community here in Dhandari Khurd and keep the wheels turning. It's been a long journey, but we're still going strong.
