Superon Schweisstechnik India Ltd., Gurgaon

We've been here in Ludhiana on Dhandra Road for a while now. The office is tucked away in Street Number 22 of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, near Dugri. It gets quite busy around here during the day with all the traffic, but we manage. Most people know us for the welding supplies and technical stuff we handle. We started out small and just kept going. It's a regular workplace where we deal with inventory and talk to people coming in. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we do our work. We spend a lot of time sorting out orders and making sure things get where they need to go. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is just how things are in this part of town. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the main road is blocked. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual gear you'd find in a place like this. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. We handle the Superon side of things here, even though the main head office is in Gurgaon. It's a bit of a distance, but we keep in touch. That’s pretty much what we do every day. We are just a group of regular folks working together.
