Staar Lok Studio Llp is based out of Begowal in Ludhiana. We are located near the Sahida Da Gurudwara, which is a very important place for everyone around here. Our address is c/o Pavitar Singh, who is the son of Gurdev Singh. It’s a very traditional way of giving an address, but in Ludhiana, that’s how people find you. The pin code is 141418. Being near the Gurudwara means there’s always a sense of peace, even though Ludhiana can be a very busy and noisy city. Our studio is a simple place. We don’t have all the high-end marble floors or fancy lighting you see in magazines. It’s a functional space where we do our work. We have our equipment set up and it’s usually just us and maybe a few visitors now and then. Sometimes you can hear the sounds from the street or the prayers from nearby, which is actually quite nice while you’re working. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know us. It’s not about being the biggest or the flashiest studio in Punjab. It’s just about having a reliable place to come to every day. We keep the place tidy, or as tidy as a working studio can be, and just get on with our tasks. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day in Begowal.
