Spencer India

Spencer India is situated at B-17 in Focal Point, Phase-2. This part of the city is very industrial, so it’s all about warehouses, factories, and big delivery vehicles. Our building is a simple, functional structure that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. Inside, it’s mostly open space where we keep our inventory and handle the shipping and receiving tasks. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of art on the walls. The concrete floor is a bit stained from years of moving pallets around, and the lighting is just standard overhead tubes. We have a small office section partitioned off where we keep the computer and the paperwork. It can get quite hot in the summer, so we have a few standing fans that we move around as needed. The commute here can be a bit of a grind because of the truck traffic, but we’re used to it by now. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home, eaten at a small table in the corner. We don’t have a lot of meetings; we mostly just check the orders and get to work. It’s a very matter-of-fact environment. We know the other business owners on this block and we occasionally borrow tools from each other. It’s a solid place to work if you don’t mind getting your hands a bit dirty and dealing with the everyday realities of an industrial site.
