There are always people moving around and a lot of noise coming from the market outside. We have been in this location for quite some time now. The office is basically just a couple of rooms filled with boxes of medical devices and a few desks where we handle the daily paperwork. It is not a fancy place, and we do not have any slick branding or decorations on the walls. It is just a practical space where we can get our work done. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with suppliers and making sure the local clinics and hospitals get what they ordered. Ghumar Mandi is a lively place to be, and it definitely keeps us on our toes. We don’t really have a hierarchy or a chain of command here. Everyone just chips in. If the phone rings, someone grabs it. If a big shipment arrives, we all help unload it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families at the end of the day. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so we have to be really careful when we are carrying the larger crates. We keep a small stove in the corner for making tea and that is about as fancy as it gets for us. It is just a regular, local business trying to keep things running smooth every day.
