Sowik Food And Agro Llp is on the first floor at Plot 28. It’s Street 12 in Phase-3 of Shaheed Karnail Singh Nagar. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 134/122-A/13. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks and vans driving past. We deal with food and agro products. The office gets a lot of light in the morning. We have a few desks and some samples sitting on the shelves. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep. You have to watch your step. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers. Sometimes the shipments are late and we just have to deal with it. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s just a few of us trying to get things done. The neighborhood is mostly other small businesses. We go out for lunch at the corner stall. The food there is okay. We don't have any big meetings or anything. We just check the orders and make sure things are going where they need to go. It’s a lot of paper and boxes. Every now and then we have to move stuff around to make space. It’s a busy life but we like it this way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
