Som Datt Builders P Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 81 in Ratan Lal Nagar. If you know Kanpur, you know it’s an industrial town with a lot of history. Ratan Lal Nagar is a decent area where we’ve set up our shop. The office is on Plot No. 81, a plain building that serves its purpose. We don't have any big corporate mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every morning and get to work. The team is made up of local folks who know Kanpur inside out. It gets pretty dusty around here, and the summers are something else, but we don't complain much. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years now. Inside, it's just a regular workspace. There are some chairs for visitors and desks for us to work on. It’s not the kind of place that would win an award for interior design, but it’s comfortable for us. We like being in Ratan Lal Nagar because it's easy for people to find. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. We just let the work speak for itself and keep the office running at Plot No. 81. It’s a simple life and a simple business. That’s how we've always done it.
