S.K. Cctv Systems is tucked away near the Sucha Singh Gurudwara on Jawaddi Road. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while, focusing on cameras and security setups. It's not a huge operation, just a few of us who know our way around wires and lenses. Jawaddi Road is a nice area to be in, and being close to the Gurudwara makes it easy to explain where we are to people. Most of our time is spent out on jobs or sitting at the desk testing out the equipment we have in stock. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It's more of a practical workspace where we keep our tools and the boxes of cameras. We started this because there seemed to be a lot of people asking about security, and we knew how to handle the tech side of it. Some days we are out in the sun all afternoon mounting things on walls, and other days we are just here tidying up the shop. It's honest work. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're a giant company. We’re just local guys who understand how these systems work. It gets dusty in the shop sometimes with all the boxes, but we manage. If you’re ever near the Gurudwara, you’ve probably walked right past us. We’re just here doing our thing every day. We usually have the radio playing and there is always a screwdriver or a roll of tape sitting on the counter ready for the next job.
