Singh Maninder Architect

Our office is tucked away at G-22 in Sarabha Nagar, right across from the H-Block Market. It’s a pretty lively spot to be, especially in the evenings when the market picks up. Singh Maninder spends most of the day here, usually buried under some sketches or talking on the phone. The space isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the day-to-day operations. We’ve got a couple of old tables and some shelves that are probably too full of old files. You can hear the sounds of the street from the front window, which keeps things from feeling too quiet. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't spend much time worrying about how the front looks as long as the work gets finished. Most of the people who come by are locals or people who saw our sign while shopping at the market across the way. We’ve been in Sarabha Nagar long enough to know the local tea stall owner and most of the shopkeepers around G-22. It’s a good neighborhood to work in. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep moving. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a simple office where we try to get things right for the people who walk through the door and need our help with their plans.
