I run my practice out of House No.1/169, right near Octroi Post No.1 in Mullanar Dakha. It’s basically my home office, which makes things a lot easier for me. You won't find a big sign outside or a glass building. It’s just a regular house where I do my architectural work. I’ve been working here for quite some time now. Most of my day is spent drawing up plans or visiting sites around town. I like being near the Octroi Post because it’s a landmark everyone knows. My desk is usually covered in pens and rulers and some old coffee mugs. I handle the work myself, so when people call, they talk to me directly. I don't have an assistant or anyone else picking up the phone. I focus on what the client needs for their home or plot. Sometimes people from the village come by with questions about their new construction. I try to explain things in a way that makes sense to them. It’s a quiet life here in Mullanar Dakha, and I enjoy being part of the community. I just draw the plans and help people figure out their space. If you’re passing by the post, you’ll see my place right there. It's just a normal house where I get my work done every day. I take on one project at a time to keep everything under control.
