Our shop is tucked away on Brown Road, right near Mothu Ram Janj Ghar in the C M C Ludhiana area. It isn't a fancy place, just where we do our cooking and organize everything for the day. Most days, you’ll find us busy with big pots and pans, getting ready for whatever local event is happening next in town. We started out small, just a few of us wanting to make decent food for people around here. It gets loud and hot in the kitchen, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. People stop by to talk about their weddings or parties, and we sit down with a cup of tea to figure out the menu. There’s no big office or anything, just the workspace and some storage for the chairs and plates. We've lived in Ludhiana a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the local markets pretty well. Sometimes we run out of things and have to rush to the store last minute, but we always make it work somehow. It's a lot of physical labor, lifting heavy stuff and standing for hours, but it keeps us going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the food is ready on time and tastes like it should. Usually, the neighbors know us by name, and we like it that way. It's just a regular local business doing what we know how to do on Brown Road.
