Shri Guru Nanak Clinic

Shri Guru Nanak Clinic is right in the heart of Subhash Nagar in Ludhiana. We are located very close to Rakesh Coaching Institute, so there are always students walking past our door throughout the day. Subhash Nagar is a crowded area with narrow streets and lots of houses packed together. Our clinic is small, just a couple of rooms really. We’ve been here for years, and most of the people who come to see us are neighbors we’ve known forever. It’s a very personal way to run a clinic. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and wait your turn. The chairs are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough. In the rainy season, the street outside sometimes gets a bit of water standing, but people still manage to come over. We talk about local things, like how the market is doing or what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate place at all. It feels more like sitting in someone’s living room sometimes. We keep our records in big binders on the shelf behind the desk. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the coaching classes let out, but we don’t mind the energy. We are just a local spot for people to get some help without having to travel into the main city. It’s a busy life here in Ludhiana, and we just do our part day by day. Many kids grew up here.
