Kohinoor Impex Inc. is situated at 446/2 A Ganj Peth. This is an old part of the city and the streets are quite narrow and winding. You have to be careful driving through here or you might get stuck behind a cart. Our building is one of those traditional structures that has been around for a long time. It has thick walls that keep the noise of the market outside from being too loud, although you can still hear the bells and the shouting. We have a couple of rooms that we use for the business. One is full of boxes and the other has our desks and the computer. It is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of inventory coming in at once. We do our best to keep things tidy but it is a constant struggle against the clutter. Most of our day is spent checking on orders and making sure the details are right. Ganj Peth is a lively place to be, and there is always good food to be found just a few doors down. We like being here because everything we need is within walking distance. It is a basic setup and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't. We just work hard and go home when the day is done, making sure the shutters are locked tight. It is a honest living in a busy neighborhood.
