Our office is over at Sco 123 in Feroze Gandhi Market. If you've ever tried to park your car in this part of Ludhiana, you know how hectic it can get. We are located near A Hotel, which is a good landmark if you're trying to find us for the first time. Shaurya Travels has been operating out of this space for quite some time now. It’s a typical market office with narrow stairs and plenty of other businesses around us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We handle travel stuff, which means a lot of checking schedules and trying to find seats on planes or trains. It isn't always exciting, but it keeps us busy from ten to six every day. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby. The market has a lot of energy, even if it’s a bit crowded. We’re just a small team trying to keep things organized. We don't really have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We’ve grown used to the noise of the market and the constant coming and going of people. It’s just how life is here in the center of the city. We have these old metal filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them, but they hold everything we need. Most of the day is spent waiting for the phone to ring or for the computer system to load.
