Sharma Varun Architect

Sharma Varun Architect is based at 173/2A in Janta Nagar. It is not a big office with a lot of staff. It is just a local place where we handle building designs and planning. Varun is the one who does most of the heavy lifting when it comes to the blueprints. Janta Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and we have been at this address for some time now. We don't have a glossy front office or any corporate style. It is just a room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of drawing paper. People usually drop by when they are looking to build a house or renovate a shop nearby. We don't use a lot of fancy language to describe what we do. We just look at the land, hear what the person wants, and start drawing it up. Sometimes the drawings take a while because of all the little details. We try to be honest about how long things take with the local authorities. It is not always a smooth process, but we stay with it. We don't have a mission statement or any big goals other than finishing the current project on the desk. The office is a bit simple, but it has everything we need to get the work done. We like being part of the Janta Nagar community. It is a practical way to earn a living doing what we know how to do.
