Production of flawless components conforming to international standards with strict quality control, right from raw material procurement stage, has become the way of life in Sarita . Traceability, Statistical Process Control and Colour-Coding are well adopted to avoid errors. Introduction of SARITA FORGINGS PVT. LTD UNIT-II has been a major step in the growth strategy of the group. Spread over 1,50,000 sq.ft.; finest quality upset forged and machined Axle, Shaft, Shaft type parts of Agriculture are being manufactured there. We have manufacturing facilities like belt drop hammers of varying capacities from two ton to three tons, Up setter of 6 inches, Normalizing facilities and shot blasting. We also have machine shop consisting of C.N.C. turning centers, Lathe machines, welding machines, grinding machine and milling machines etc. We also have well equipped laboratory with facilities like Universal Testing Machine (U.T.M.), B.H.N. Hardness tester, Magna Flux testing for crack detection, Ultra Sonic for flaw detection, Pyro Meter and various other supporting test equipments. We have the capacity to forge 5000 tones per annum.
