We have a bit of a different setup here at Sandhu Property Dealer & Car Bazar. We are located in Raekot, Pune, right near the primary school. It’s a place where we do two things at once—property and cars. Most days you’ll find some vehicles parked outside and people coming in to ask about a house or a plot of land. Being near the school means it’s a lively area, especially in the mornings and afternoons. We started out focusing on one thing but realized people in Raekot often need help with both. So, we just combined them. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We don’t have a big staff. Usually, it’s just one of us handling the car side and another looking at property papers. If you’re looking for a second-hand car or a place to move into, we just show you what we’ve got on hand. We don’t believe in pushing anyone into a deal. We just lay out the options and let people decide for themselves. It’s a practical way to work. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the road, but we don’t mind. We’ve built up a lot of local connections over the years. People trust us because we’re neighbors. We spend our time checking engine conditions or walking around local sites. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well enough here in this corner of Pune.
