Sandhu Architects

We have been working out of this spot in Jamalpur for quite a while now. If you know the Bikaner Sweets backside, you have probably passed our building at C 1 145. It is a busy part of Ludhiana. Most days we are just here at our desks looking at floor plans or heading out on a site visit to make sure things look right. It is not a fancy setup, just a place where we get the job done. Architects sometimes have a reputation for being complicated but we try to keep it simple here. Our day involves the usual stuff like houses, renovations, and the paperwork that comes with it. The traffic around Jamalpur can be a bit much in the evenings, but it is home for the business. Starting small was a choice we made because it is easier to talk to people directly. Sometimes clients just drop in to check on their drawings. Inside, there is a couple of computers, some old rolls of paper in the corner, and a lot of tea. It is how things work in this part of town. We do not spend time on fancy brochures or things like that. Usually, people find us because they saw a house we worked on nearby. It is practical work. Ludhiana is growing fast and there is always something being built or fixed. We just try to make sure the buildings we handle stay up and look okay.
