Sandeep Maini & Company is located over at 20-S F in the HIG Flats on Rani Jansi Road. This is right in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana, which is a place we’ve grown very familiar with over the years. Our office isn't in a big glass skyscraper; it's in a residential-style flat building, which gives it a more personal feel. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and folders we have to keep for our clients. We do a lot of accounting and tax work here. Most of the day is spent looking at computer screens or talking to people about their financial records. Rani Jansi Road is a busy street, but once you get inside the HIG Flats, it’s a little quieter. We have a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. There is no corporate dress code here. We just come in, have our coffee, and start going through the day's tasks. Sometimes we have to deal with plumbing issues or a flickering light bulb just like any other house or office. It’s a very practical way of working. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. People from all over Ludhiana come to see us because they know where we are. We don't use any fancy talk or complicated systems. We just handle the books and make sure everything is in order for the people who trust us with their work.
