Sajjan Precision Castings

If you know Miller Ganj, you know how Gill Road is. It’s always a mess of traffic and people. Sajjan Precision Castings is at number 404. We’ve been here since my father's time. The building is old and the walls are a bit stained from the smoke of the furnaces. Precision casting isn't as clean as it sounds. There is sand everywhere and the heat from the metal can be quite something in July. We don't spend money on fancy websites or big signs outside. Most of the people we deal with just walk in or call us on the mobile. We have a couple of machines that are older than me, but they still do the job. The staff is mostly local guys who live nearby. We eat lunch together in the back room sometimes. It's a lot of work making sure the molds are right. Sometimes they crack and you have to start over. It’s frustrating but that’s the trade. Miller Ganj is a tough place to work because it’s so crowded, but it’s where all the action is for this kind of stuff. We don't promise anything we can't do. If we are too busy, we just say so. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We aren't trying to grow into some huge corporation. We just want to keep the shop running and do a good job for the folks who rely on us for their parts.
