Saharan Toy Land Gift Corner

Saharan Toy Land Gift Corner is at House No 544, right by Singhar Cinema in Chaura Bazar. Since we are near the cinema, we get a lot of people who are just killing time before their movie starts. The shop is mostly full of toys, like those plastic cars and dolls that come in bright boxes. It’s a noisy area, being in the heart of the bazaar, and there’s always a crowd outside. Inside the shop, things are a bit chaotic. We have toys stacked from the floor almost to the ceiling in some places. There’s a specific corner where we keep the gift items like glass vases and picture frames, which we have to watch so kids don't knock them over. The walls have some old paint peeling off, but we put posters over those spots. We’ve been here in Chaura Bazar for a long time. The floor is concrete and we have a rug near the entrance that’s seen better days. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop. Most mornings involve wiping down the boxes because the dust from the street is constant. It can be quite a struggle to keep everything clean. We usually have a radio playing in the background to drown out some of the street noise. It’s a simple life running a toy shop in such a busy place. Sometimes the neighboring shopkeepers come by for a chat while the movies are playing and things get a bit quieter.
