Sagar Plastic Industries

Our place is out on Chandigarh Road in Village Ramgarh. If you are driving down that way, you might miss the turn if you aren't looking for it. It is a bit of a trek from the main city but we like it here because there is more space for the plastic molding machines and the raw materials we keep in the back. The yard gets dusty when the wind picks up, which is pretty often around these parts. We started out with just a couple of machines and a handful of workers from the local village. Now there are more of us but the vibe hasn't changed much. We make all sorts of plastic items. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day fixing them, which is frustrating but part of the job. The floor is usually covered in little bits of plastic offcuts. We try to sweep up at the end of the shift but by the next morning, it is back to how it was. It is not a quiet job by any means. The noise of the grinders is something you just get used to after a week or so. We don't have a big office or a reception area. If someone stops by, they usually just walk straight into the shed and find whoever is available. We prefer keeping things simple and just getting the work finished on time without any unnecessary fuss or complicated processes.
