Sagar Machine (India)

Sagar Machine (India) is located over at 6, Atam Nagar. It’s a pretty straightforward place if you ever come to visit us. We’ve got our equipment set up in the limited space we have, and we mostly just focus on getting the machining work done right. There isn’t much to look at if you walk in the front door, just the tools and whatever projects we are currently working on at the time. Usually, there is a bit of metal dust and the heavy smell of machine oil in the air. We’ve been in Atam Nagar for a good bit now. It’s a busy little area, and we fit right in with the other small shops around here. We don't spend a lot of time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork unless we really have to for the tax man. Most of the day is spent actually handling the machines and checking the measurements. Sometimes a customer comes in with a broken part from a tractor or a pump, and we have to figure out how to fix it or make a new one from scratch. It’s not always easy, but it keeps the lights on. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have known these machines for a long time. We usually have the radio playing some old songs in the background while we work.
