Sachdeva Watch & Electric Co

We are located on Pakhowal Road. Sachdeva Watch & Electric Co is a bit of a mix of things, really. I started with watches because that’s what I knew, but then people kept asking for electrical bits, so now I do both. You’ll see light bulbs and switches sitting right next to the watch straps. It makes the shop look a little disorganized, but I know where everything is. Pakhowal Road is a main stretch, so we get a lot of people passing by on their way to work. I spend my mornings mostly fixing watches, those tiny parts need a lot of focus. Then in the afternoon, I might be helping someone pick out the right wiring or fixing a small appliance. It’s a lot of standing and leaning over the counter. My back hurts a bit by the end of the day, but that’s part of the job. There’s a ceiling fan that wobbles a little and makes a rhythmic thumping noise, which blends in with the clocks. I don’t have a website or any of that, just the shop on the road. People know me by name around here. I try to be honest about what I can fix and what is just junk. If a watch is too far gone, I’ll tell you. No point in wasting money. It’s just a practical place for people who need their things to work again. It gets the job done.
