Saanjhivirasat Foundation

We are the Saanjhivirasat Foundation, located at 48-SF in Rajguru Nagar, Ludhiana. It’s a quiet enough spot in a busy city. Our name is about our shared heritage, and we try to keep that in mind with everything we do. We aren't a big organization with lots of money. It’s just a few of us working out of a small office. We help out with different things in the neighborhood. Sometimes it’s helping a kid with their studies, other times it’s helping an older person get to their appointment. We don't have a specific list of things we do; we just see what’s needed. The office usually has a pot of tea going and some old books lying around. We like the personal touch. We don't do any big advertising or social media campaigns. People usually find us because a friend told them we were here. It’s a very local Ludhiana vibe. We make mistakes, sometimes we forget to file things on time, but we care about the people here. It’s not a polished business. It’s just a group of neighbors trying to make the community a bit stronger. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on going anywhere. It’s simple, honest work that we enjoy. Most days we are just happy to be able to help someone out.
